Field Trips & Group Tours
AGSEM offers field trips on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We host trips for all ages including preschool and adult groups. The cost is $8 per person.
We generally schedule structured activities and tours from 10am-noonish with a 9:30am arrival time. Groups are then welcome to stay and eat lunch (bring your own) and explore the grounds at their leisure.
Once a date is approved, a $50 non refundable deposit is required to hold your spot and can be paid online, in person, over the phone or via mail. All major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. Final payment is required to be paid upon check-in on the day of field trip or can be paid ahead of time. A final head count is required to be given one week before the field trip.
The museum closes on all rainy days. Should it rain on your scheduled day, your field trip will be rescheduled free of charge. AGSEM may reschedule or cancel field trips for any reason at any time.
