Rock Crushing -- Broadband VRckCrushr3.mpg
33,570,184b - 320 x 240 pixels screen size - 344.34 seconds, 5.739 minutes
Bob Cleary is our primary video photographer, while I, Greg Hayden, our primary still photographer.
Bob and I try to keep out of each other’s pictures. In the top left picture below, you can see Bob way down at the
far end of my picture. Later, I came around a corner to find Bob taping me. I let out a laugh, leaned back and
took a picture of Bob filming me – cropped above left and full frame lower right picture, laughed again, then went about my business.
If you watch this video you will see this footage. Bob Cleary shoots and edits these videos then Rob McCullough digitizes
it and with his broad band uploads it to our server. I downloaded it into my version 1.5.0.12 Firefox browser, QuickTime Version
7.1.3, my 45k dial-up took 2-1/2 hours.
This is our second revision and we think we have it correct this time? Our first version -- VRckCrushr.mpg --
had two sound tracks on the rock crusher closeups. Our second version -- VRckCrushr1.mpg -- is 55 seconds
shorter, the extra sound track removed and WWW.AGSEM.COM overlaid in four places. Our
3rd and final version is six seconds shorter than number one,
has the correct rock crusher closeup sound and AGSEM.COM overlaid in three places.

Above left Virgil White's Rock Crusher. The reason portions of the name plate were ground off is that there were bolted on
brackets, for a home made hopper. Above right Ben Eberle talking with Dean Alling, who powered Virgil's Rock Crusher
with his beautifully restored and maintained 1920 Minneapolis. This was the first time Virgil was able to run his crusher
at a fast enough speed, while belted to Dean's Minnie, to fully demonstrate his crusher's ability. Below Virgil White, left
and Eric McConnon two bottom pictures rock crushing.
