North County Times

Eric McConnon found this in the Steam Traction magazine archives, and it is worth a visit. How Good is Your Museum? by Gerry Lestz. You may see pictures of people you know? Regardless, there are GREAT circa 1985 pictures of our Museum.

October 27, 2006. The Lester F. Larsen Tractor Test & Power Museum is housed in the original Nebraska Tractor Test facility on the East Campus of the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. The building was declared an historic landmark by the American Society of Agricultural Engineers and dedicated as a museum in 1980.

Museum Volunteer Ron Foo has two sites up about our Museum. Between the two Ron probably has a picture of just about everything at our Museum.

Museum Volunteer Rob Skinner has up a lot of pictures taken at our Museum. This site is a portion of Robs very nice and informative RustyIron.Com

Here are two links to a local Photographic Society. The first is their Home Page, second a page with 23 really nice people and machinery pictures taken around our place.

"The North County Photographic Society (NCPS) was founded in 1983 in Del Mar, California, for the purpose of promoting the enjoyment and appreciation of all types of photography."   "Fifteen NCPS members met at the 40 acre Antique Steam Museum, Vista, home to hundreds of antique steam engines, tractors, cars, trucks, and every kind of old machine you could imagine."
