Manufactured by the Western Machinery Company Los Angeles, California; test run at the factory August 12, 1924.
1 Cylinder with a 14-¼ inch -- 361.9mm bore, 24 inch -- 609.6mm stroke, 3827 cubic inch -- 62.71 liters displacement;
80 HP -- 59.66kW at 200 RPM. Flywheel 84 inches -- 2.134 meters diameter, air start. It was used to power an
ammonia refrigeration compressor, at the Mountain View Dairy in Long Beach California. Western made these single-cylinder,
natural-gas fueled engines, in sizes between 6 and 100 horsepower.
