1910 F-M hoist. This engine was manufactured by Fairbanks-Morse in Beloit, Wisconsin. 1 cylinder with a 8-3/8 inch -- 212.7mm bore, 14 inch -- 355.6mm stroke, 771 cubic inches -- 12.63 liters. 15 HP -- 11.19kW. Flywheel 56 inches -- 1.422 meters diameter. This hoisting rig is a factory job; Fairbanks-Morse manufactured these hoists in sizes ranging from 6 to 60 HP. The hoist sits on the frame and wheels of an old circus animal cage. Restored by Claire Tietsort.
