Left to right, far left Scott Higgins' back, Betty Keylon,
Joan Hollenitsch in our June 17, 2007 Show Parade

We want to thank our marking crew again, Craig Fredrickson, Curtis Fredrickson and Terry Lupold, always happy to see you there. Thank you again Bob Swaim for the “Limo Cart”. It came in handy when Chet sold lots of plants and I was able to take them to the parking area.

Again we had fun going through the parade in our Cook Shack. Our operator Scott Higgins, his helper the first weekend was Trever (I hope I have the right name) and the second weekend Scott’s wife Carol who’s a great assistant.

I have a dollar interest in our new Rooster “George”. He seems to like riding with us.

I want to thank our Farmers. Patrick Myers, our Chicken Thief was chased by Joan and her frying pan but was caught by Sheriff Dwight Reed and Marshall Lazurus Cody.

Thanks to all that helped me (Betty) celebrate my Birthday. I love you all. Again the Hot Dog dinner was good also the ice cream.

The Campground did good the first weekend and the second weekend turned out better than I thought it would (not the camping).

I’d like to thank Max Steele and family for entertaining Friday night in the Campground. Our Campers really enjoyed it. We missed Earleen and Richard White camping with us and I missed Earleen’s help parking RV’s. Sure glad that you could come for the day.

Joyce McBride seemed to have a good time filling in for Earleen in the Information Booth, thank you.

I must mention the fun that Joan and John had getting settled in their new motor home, but Joan can drive it. Bob Morley you might have to put the small building that has a moon on the door by their motor home! Thanks Cecil for your help getting me settled when I arrive.
