Stan Foraker driving a tractor in our June 23 Show Parade

Here we are again with another show right around the corner. Once again we will allow the kids to drive their garden tractors in our Show Parades. For this October show we will allow the kids to pull a size appropriate trailer or implement with their tractor.

Kids will NOT be allowed to carry any passengers in trailers. A safety chain will be required just as it is for every one else.

I will be holding my certification course for the kids on the Saturday show days at 9:00 am in the lower camp ground. The children need to be ten years old or older and bring their tractor and one parent to the course for certification.

The parent will need to agree to the safety rules and give permission for the child to be in the parade.

On a final note, I would like to say that safety is our number one concern with this new program, and will guide all decisions made concerning the children operating equipment in the parade.
