Museum School Marm Ms. Whimplewort

School of Times Past |
Museum
educator Ms. Whimplewort introduces children to country living in
the early 1900's through games, crafts & stories. The
program runs from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Admission is $7.00 per
student with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 per day. Reservation
& deposit required. This program is also available
for us to come to your classroom. |

Cooking
with Ms. Whimplewort |
Learn about
the busy activities that took place in the Farmhouse, and of course
while you are here you might as well try a little cooking for
yourself. This program will take place in the Museum Farmhouse
and will included information on the duties of children & family
members and old fashion recipes. The program is offered year
around for a 3-hour time block. Cost is $150.00 minimum for u
to 15 students each additional student up to 25 (max) is
$10.00. We ask for one adult per every five children and grade
levels 3 and up. Reservation & Deposit are required. |

Christmas
on the Farm |
Come and
celebrate an Old Fashion Christmas with us. Students will get
the chance to hear where some of their favorite Christmas traditions
begin and compare the farmers holiday to their own. Students
will also be able to make a couple of gifts for their family to
place under the Christmas tree for Christmas morning. This
program is offered November-December for a 3-hour time slot.
Cost is $120.00 for up to 15 students and $8.00 for each additional
student up to 25 (max). Reservation & deposit are
required. |
