Saturday August 25 I parked in our VAA (Volunteer Accommodation Area) and walked down towards the center of activities. I got some updated Weavers building pictures. Above far left, and left: the west entry door to our Weavers building. Above right: entry door to dye room. Above far right: dye sink. Below far left and left, two more dye room views. Below right and far right: east building entry.

Above far left, left and right: views from Weavers building porch. Above far right: down on ground level. Below left: the building on the right is our Multi Purpose Building today serving as Bake Shop. Below far right: East side of Bake Shop view to the south, Vendors.

Above far left and left: view to the south, Bake Shop on right. Above right: turn around view to north. Above far right: walk down to stage. If you wish to see 2004 stage construction pictures please click here. Below far left: this year they had an announcer, left. Below left, right and far right: Sponsors:  www.beardguitars.com/  daddario.com/   www.buffalobrosguitars.com/

Above far left: Google could not find an Advanced Generator Service site. Above left and right: Lighthouse on stage. Above far right: now I have walked over to our parade route, view to the south, notice our Harvester Barn in the distance? Below far left: another south view of vendors on parade route - where our bleachers usually sit. Below left: Volunteers Barb and Bud Watson, of Carlsbad Flower Fields fame, today in their South of the Border restaurant Proprietors role. They make such delicious dishes. Below right and far right: our current Board of Trustee's President Jeanette Stevens helps in Volunteers Dar and Bev Jewell's Bar-B-Que Pit.

Above left: what ya get at Dar and Bev Jewell's Bar-B-Que Pit is one of these toasted buns stuffed with the most tasty mouth watering, slow cooked over oak, cut it with a plastic fork, melt in your mouth, tri-tip beef. Some folks pick it up and eat it like a sandwich, I like to drench it in Barbecue Sauce and use a plastic knife and fork. Comes with a scoop of potato salad. Above left, right and far right: now standing in front of our Farmhouse view to the north, parade route vendors. Below far left: back over at our grassy area. Below left and right: Uglum & Sons on stage. Below far right. Sitting on the SOB patio -- foreground building left -- taking pictures to the west.

Above far left, left and right: stage grassy area, south to north audience view. Above far right: Bluegrass Police.
